To help appointments run smoothly and give every client the best possible experience, please review the studio policies below before booking your service.
Cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service total. Please make any changes to your appointment as early as possible to avoid cancellation charges.
Any client arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule and will be charged a $25 reschedule fee. That fee may be applied toward the client’s next appointment.
To qualify for a lash fill appointment, clients must have approximately 50% to 60% of their lash extensions remaining. If lash retention falls below that amount, the appointment may need to be booked as a full set instead of a fill.
Please arrive with no makeup on the eyes or under-eye area. Face makeup is okay as long as the under-eye area is kept clean and free of product.
